The reports of the data have been shared with the pupils and parents. The data has been uploaded on our school based intervention spreadsheets allowing teachers access to this information. This has allowed teachers to cater lessons to aid pupil requirements.

Factors which relate to the personal well-being of a student. This includes lack of sleep, mental well-being and focus levels of students during lessons. It has enabled teachers to adapt teaching lessons in order to cater for the students. Tej has demonstrated that his style of teaching is effective.

Pupils have taken a positive approach towards coaching – this has been especially successful for the Year 10 cohort. The PL technology is user-friendly and easy to access.” 

PL provides the school with raw data to work with in order to find out background information on individual pupils. The data is extremely easy for the school to access through the Technology provided. The coaching sessions are structured and allow pupils to work independently and take control of their learning. I would recommend this to other schools.
