Performance Learning’s Technology and Coaching have been created through 7 years of research and development.  Its core focus is to identify gaps in learning, particularly meta-cognition, and tailor a personalised coaching programme delivered through Performance Learning’s online learning platform and blended with live, face-to-face coaching sessions.

Eton College worked with Tej Samani, the founder of Performance Learning to deploy the assessments and reporting technology. It targeted face-to-face coaching for a group of boys at Eton.

The students at Eton College found Performance Learning to be effective in helping them with their studies. They reported improvements in their revision process and ability to focus, and increased efficiency in learning and completing work. The technology and coaching provided by Performance Learning have been tailored to meet each student’s individual needs, helping them overcome learning gaps. The students highly recommend Performance Learning to others who may be struggling with stress and workload, as it has been a great help for them in their studies and exams.

HERE’S WHAT students feel about the PERFORMANCE LEARNING ASSESSMENT AND THE RESULTS DATA GENERATED

The students were asked if they found the Performance Learning Program relevant to their current workload. All 100% of the students responded positively and stated that the program was highly relevant to their current workload and reported positive results and noticed improvements in their work.

The students reported that they believed the program would help with their exams and that it would increase their efficiency when revising, reduce stress, and help them understand and interpret information better.

Finally, the students were asked if they would recommend the Performance Learning Program to their friends. All 100% of the students responded positively and said they would recommend the program to their friends as it helps with work and exams, teaches them how to learn more efficiently, and helps break down learning struggles.
